Timbuktu Brushed Large Magnetic Sergio Lub Bracelet

In Bamako, Mali, Sergio met a Tuarag camel caravan leader as he was crossing the Sahara from Timbuktu. With no shared language, he pointed to the man's bracelet while showing his own, their metals forging a wordless connection. They traded and went their own ways, aglow in universal brotherhood.

Pure metals-no plating! 

All of Sergio Lub's designs are handcrafted the old fashioned way, starting from solid metal wires. We use no plating, no casting and no machine stamping, all industrial techniques that save time, but compromise quality.

Our red metal is 99.99% Pure Copper, lead free, the purest available. Copper is one of the friendliest elements as it combines with many others. To find copper this pure in nature is more difficult than finding pure gold.

Our yellow metal is Jeweler's Brass, an alloy of 85% pure copper and 15% pure zinc, both essential minerals worn since prehistoric times by many non-related cultures around the world.

Our white metal is German silver, which is 65% pure copper plus zinc, nickel and silver. As noted, some of our silver-tone models are made using sterling silver, which is 92.5% silver, with copper added for strength.
